Processing instructions:

  1. Mix ingredients of phase A together under heating at 65°C.

  2. Mix ingredients of phase B together by doing a premix of silicone elastomer and apricot oil. Heat to 80°C.

  3. Mix ingredients of phase C together using Ultraturrax equipment. Once well dispersed, add phase C to phase B under heating at 80°C.

  4. Once phase A is well dispersed, heat to 85°C

  5. Add phase BC to phase A under heating at 80°C and mixing using Ultraturrax at 3000 rpm during 3 min.

  6. Mix at room temperature under slow mixing until cooling down.

  7. Add phase D to phase ABC once temperature is at room temperature.

Stability: Stable for at least 3 months at RT and 40°C
