Add water to glass beaker and begin mixing with marine propeller.
Add MaizeCare™ Clarity Polymer to water while continuing to mix. Once solution is clear, sequentially add glycerin, VERSENE™ Na2 Crystal Chelating Agent, and phenoxyethanol.
Add CELLOSIZE™ PCG-10 Hydroxyethyl Cellulose. Mix for 5 minutes.
Add triethanolamine and mix for 30 minutes. Adjust mixing speed as needed.
Add lactic acid to adjust pH at 5.
Stability: Stable for at least 3 months at RT and 40°C
